Unsuitable for younger or less dexterous players

I’ve lowered my review from 3 stars to 2, due to the endless syncing and playback cancelled errors. I stand by my original complaint about the timed levels - too frustrating for players with limited dexterity, plus the animations chew up too much of the allotted time. So definitely do not believe the “6 and up” age range. I liked the way this game starts-the little story is nice, and the gameplay is reasonable. I particularly chose this game because it didn’t seem to impose impossible timed levels, which are intended to be difficult but are way too frustrating for some younger players or those with even mild dexterity issues. However, the nice start failed a little way in; those timed levels start appearing once you get a bit into the game, and some of them are not possible to solve without buying boosts and coins and extra lives (and you’d have to buy a lot of them). I understand completely and am in support of the need for developers to monetize their work, but just once I would like to find a game that does it without relying on egregious time limits that leave out the players with less than perfect reflexes.

False advertising and too many glitches

This game is an okay match-3 game. At times the story line is clever, but just as often annoying. But be clear that this only a match-3 game. It is advertised as being multi-puzzle and a variety of brain teasers. This is false advertising. It is a match-3 game. Many of the levels are clearly designed to be nearly impossible in the allotted turns to force you to spend money on coins. This becomes more apparently true because after you fail a level, you are frequently given the option to watch a video to get a free booster with your next attempt. However, this rarely works. More often than not after sitting through the video of 20, 30 or 40 seconds (usually of an annoying butler), you get a pop up message that the video was canceled which is not true. This has happened to me more than 50 times so it is not a one-off glitch. So either be prepared to pay a small ransom for coins to purchase boosters or extend chances, or be prepared to play some levels repeatedly: 10, 15, 20 times in some cases with frequent pauses to regenerate lives, before you are able to make any progress.

“Playback Cancelled”!!!!! Unacceptable!!

This is a very addictive game with new challenges at every level. I really like the story line. I have a problem, and have already exchanged corresponded with the developer. The unresolved problem (described below) has been occurring about two/three weeks.
I get an offer to watch an ad for another product in exchange for extra moves or boosts. After watching the ad, I get the message “Playback Cancelled” and No Boost!!!
I have stopped wasting my time watching the ads for other products. I wonder if the developers of those products care if no one wants to see their ads and have a chance to accept their apps?

A great game...but

I really enjoy this game and the story. The levels are fun and sometimes very challenging to win. That is fine. I really love it. I am dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3 because this game used to be able to be played without internet. It was great for when you are the passenger on long road trips. However, now it wants to “sync” almost every single time I go in to play it. It is starting to get annoying because I’ll play it in the morning sometimes while in my apartment, and I will allow it to sync then while I have WiFi. However, once I have time to play again later in the day while I don’t have WiFi nearby, I try to play and it tells me “playback canceled” because it needs to sync yet again. This bug seriously needs to get fixed. I shouldn’t have to have WiFi to play the game.
