Install AWS Global Summits app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using AWS Global Summits on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AWS Global Summits"
The search will reveal the AWS Global Summits app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once AWS Global Summits is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AWS Global Summits.
Now enjoy AWS Global Summits on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use AWS Global Summits,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "AWS Global Summits" » then Click "Install".
- AWS Global Summits will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Useless app. Doesn’t have any functionality other than collecting your info and then not helping you at the summit.
Interesting app although like usual it wasn't created for usability in the real world.

Like most conference "Apps" this one falls short of really being productive. Part of the problem is how it is deployed through the conference, the other is that it doesn't really account for how someone would even want to use it productively. I should be able to integrate with my existing calendar, contacts and even messaging system vs. creating their own isolated sandbox. Likewise, why not just use this to get into sessions, etc. where you have the bar code from the app vs. the wasteful and useless lanyards... .sure sales guys can find you when your badge but there are better ways to manage name finding than those too.
