Install E-GO Cruiser app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using E-GO Cruiser on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "E-GO Cruiser"
The search will reveal the E-GO Cruiser app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once E-GO Cruiser is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including E-GO Cruiser.
Now enjoy E-GO Cruiser on PC.

I can only get it to connect some of the time other times it just won't connect. My phones Bluetooth is on, the Bluetooth Wi-Fi switch on the board is Switched over to The side that USB is on (boards wifi/BT)... Any suggestions?? Please help!

As a developer I often run into apps not working on my phone. One little email, then a few days later there is an update to fix the issue. Thanks guys. Still waiting for a faster lighter board. 😉

no problems with the app, I just need a faster board that at least goes 18mph, I am thinking of switching to boosted board bcz it has two fast motors, pls make a better electric skateboard

Dear E-Go Team, I like my Yuneec skateboard a lot, and I think your app isn’t as good as it should be. Here’s what you should do: 1- Allow me to access my board and check out mileage. (without having to flip the switch on the board, and then connecting it to my iPhone. ( I’d like to know my mileage without having to connect it and flip the switch on the board. 2- Make it more user friendly, more modern looking. I’m comparing the app’s appearance to other skateboard companies that are doing a better job at that. I hope you make the necessary improvements.
