Hidden charges!

After scheduling a taxi for specific time and it shows the estimated cost for BD 7... once I was dropoff it says extra charge BD 3 which total was BD 10... They should mention everything from the begining.. never to try this app again!

The app itself is great. It could be better, but it gets the job done. The drivers are useless. They don't use the GPS features, they overprice and blame the app, and don't interact accurately (eg. A driver notified me through the app that he was here when he wasn't).
