Software Features and Description

1. WorkTrax is a workload reporting tool developed by Pharmacy Services, Alberta Health Services (AHS).

2. WorkTrax captures time spent providing standardized categories of activities and also identifies how the pharmacy staff member interacted with the patient and/or their family/caregiver when providing service to a recipient.

3. Reports are available only within the WorkTrax web tool that helps users monitor accurate workload reporting.

4. Workload reporting measures help quantify the value of pharmacy in the overall health and care of patients, while supporting the funding of pharmacy resources for safe and effective medication management.

5. Interfacing between the web and mobile applications of WorkTrax allows users to report workload data in either platform and view data in full.

6. IMPORTANT: This application may only be used after a WorkTrax account has been activated as this mobile application is a companion to the WorkTrax web tool.

7. No patient identifying information is captured in the WorkTrax application.

8. The WorkTrax tool is available as an iPhone/iPod app.

9. Design and implementation of the app was provided by Resonant Apps Inc.

Install WorkTrax app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using WorkTrax on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WorkTrax"
The search will reveal the WorkTrax app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once WorkTrax is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WorkTrax.
Now enjoy WorkTrax on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native WorkTrax Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use WorkTrax,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "WorkTrax" » then Click "Install".
- WorkTrax will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
