Install Photo Redate app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Photo Redate"
The search will reveal the Photo Redate app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Photo Redate is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Photo Redate.
Now enjoy Photo Redate on PC.

Simple and to the point

i was looking for an app to change file stamp dates and help organize photos. This app does exactly as it states. You can do batch changes, or individual changes. The app gives you the option to change both the metadata and the actual date of the file. The simple design makes it simple to use. Well worth the $4.99
Good concept - Lousy execution

Poorly constructed. Violates a number of basic UI conventions. For example, the controls (toolbars, buttons, etc.) aren’t the Mac versions. Also, the app always opens with a full screen file selection splash screen. Resizing doesn’t help. It comes back on the next start. I wish someone’s app did what this purports to do, but well.
Perfect for updating dates in scanned images

I used this app to update the metadata in a bunch of scanned photos. This app fixed the dates so iCloud the app sorted them correctly. Very happy!
