Great game so far but this bug

So I’ve gotten decently far into the game and I just finished with the drilling part. However, during roll call, on the 3rd day, the door is jammed and you’re supposed to open it. But, it seems that I can’t. I’ve tried restarting some stuff but I still can’t seem to open it despite that. This prevents me to be able to progress so I end up just leaving the game. It would be great if I could get this fixed in some way because the game was going fantastic.
Great graphics but lots of bugs

This is one of the best escape games I have played it has great graphics however it has a lots of bugs Bugs that make you unable to progress until you reload the game Like the 3rd door jam puzzle the door actually jams and can't be moved at all Its the same as the first job puzzle where you had to open close or unlock each door The puzzle with the lights is bugged as well, as sometimes when you move up it actually makes you move to the left or back. Or the puzzle where you roll tiny balls into holes, sometimes the balls pop through the wall and you can't finish it. Even the pipe puzzle you could be holding still and the guard will catch you. A whole bunch more that I can't think of right now, but there was just so much bugs. But its quite different from a lot of other games. If you made more games like these but with a lot less bugs then I would play it.
Inmate Fight

I enjoy the game except for the fact it is awful to play on the phone. I’ve played it before and somehow managed to pass the inmate fight, but am currently having issues that make no sense. I am supposed to turn the phone with the inmate’s punches (inmate’s left hand punch means tilt the left side towards you) and it generally works once MAYBE twice and then it seems to refuse to acknowledge what I’m doing. I’ve even tried doing the opposite of what I’m supposed to do as well just in case I’m wrong and it doesn’t help. To top it off, there is no skip option. If I ever finally get passed the stage again, my thoughts towards the game won’t change because of how nonsensical the requirements are for the phone. Other parts that require phone movement are annoying too, but this is by far the worst and practically impassable.
Love this game to death but....

Don’t get me wrong, I love this game! This is the best mobile escape game I have seen yet, but you have to purchase something to continue it or you can fill out a survey about something that isn’t for “9 year olds”. An example would be that they want you to get a membership and put our social security or card number and 9 year olds don’t have that. I’m not a 9 year old lets get that strait but I just want to play the “whole” game and not play a tiny section of it. If you want to purchase it or fill a survey then that’s totally fine but some of the surveys are not things kids can answer. Overall I do recommend this game to people! No hate here! ☺️
