Wifi No Longer Works, very Problematic and no support

Could not get wifi to connect, had to find a really long ethernet cable and hook it up. But now I have a really long white ethernet cable crossing rooms and doen a long hallway. Whole purpose of buying this is for the wireless/wifi to minimize cables. So problematic and a waste of time...

Not working

The connection just stopped working. ZERO tech support plus the newest app is version 9.9 and my installed app is 9.2. Never got a notice to update and or a way to update.
I would stay away from this developers products until they improve their customer service.

Only took 1 year to fix broken internet access

The app finally works again from the internet after over a year of the app not working. No one ever responded to the tech support email. If this works for you, great but don’t expect any support.
