Such a Mess
By DDN2 (Pcmac user)
This app is functional in that I can reserve and sign into class and then add my results...most of the time...unless the entire app is down again. Other than that this app is buggy, slow, crashes constantly, and isn’t especially good at organizing my performance history in a way that lets me recall it easily. Sure, I can look up a lift in a comically long drop down menu (forget just having a search function) but looking up a WOD based on a particular component of the workout? Forget it. Also, the whiteboard is frequently a jumble and ranks incorrectly. My personal favorite was the day that every woman athlete in my box took fourth place for the day. Bottom line, this app stinks and developer promises for improvement have yet to bear fruit. I have started charting my performance in a back up excel sheet for the day this app inevitably bites it and loses all my data.

Web App Wrapper and It Shows
By Werdy (Pcmac user)
This app is barely functional, and never gets updates (no iPhone X update, for example). Basic features like viewing comments don’t work at all, and the performance is abysmal. It’s obviously just a wrapper of a web app, and even for a web app, it uses techniques that are laughably out of date (you can see the images they use for rounded corners load in after the the element is on-screen, for example). The servers are frequently down for maintenance, too, so you can’t enter results when you need to. Just a simple offline app would be way better. They still haven’t fixed the fact that if you don’t sign in within a narrow window (even if it’s because the servers were down), you can’t enter results. Terribly frustrating!

Will make the switch as soon as possible
By tenaciosug77 (Pcmac user)
We purchased a CrossFit gym, and the previous owner used this app. So, to make it easier for our members, we continued to use the platform to help run our business. Aside from the poor & clunky performance of the back end, members consistently mention the app being slow or unavailable. This applies to the main site as well. We will make the switch soon to another platform which is less expensive but also more reliable. I highly recommend going with another platform for a fitness business management if you have the choice.

Not quite sure why all the negativity
By CoreyV (Pcmac user)
This is not the greatest app ever made, that said it is a perfectly serviceable means of tracking current and historic performance as well as for keeping up with how everyone did that day. Workouts are visible and I can see my history and daily white board. Not sure what folks are looking for to raise so much negativity but I have zero issues.
