Install OrthoPulse app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using OrthoPulse on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "OrthoPulse"
The search will reveal the OrthoPulse app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once OrthoPulse is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including OrthoPulse.
Now enjoy OrthoPulse on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native OrthoPulse Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use OrthoPulse,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "OrthoPulse" » then Click "Install".
- OrthoPulse will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Not syncing with iOS 13

After upgrading to iOS 13, my app is unable to upload data to the server. I constantly get “background sync failed” even though data successfully uploaded from the device to my phone.
Problems with Maintaining Bluetooth Connection

Whether it is the app or the device itself, the Bluetooth connection does not accurately track use. After less than 2 weeks’ use it did not record accurately 1-day’s use and 2 days later the Bluetooth connection has stopped completely. I may try deleting app and installing again, but overall disappointed with this app.
Could be better

When it works it’s very motivating to see my progress and to see if my this app treatment was occurring but the Bluetooth connection seems poor. Not sure if it is the device or the app.
Bad sync

Background sync has yet to work. I get an error message every day. Shame that you pay extra for this device and the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years! Records my use on my phone but fails to sync.
