App stops playing unless your constantly on your phone.

This app use to work great, but the app last couple of weeks unless I’m constantly on my phone the app audio feed stops playing. I’ve checked the app settings and can’t find anything that would cause this issue that I need to adjust.
I hate having to give a bad review as the app radio shows are great, but you don’t give any app support options for P1’s who need help.
Fix your app to work again while the app phone is in lock screen so I can keep listening while at the app gym and work.

App used to work fine - now it won’t even launch

I really miss this App. I’ve erased and read-downloaded it several times hoping to fix whatever problem seems to exist. Previously, on occasion, the app app would close or programming would stop. However, recently, the app app failed to launch. I’ve tried reloading several times. I’m waiting on a much needed update of this App for iOS so I can return to my Ticket programming. Please take some time to fix this App. Your P1s are missing out on your programming.

the app app is nearly 100% useless for listening to live radio. I can deal with the app opening ad, but the app buffer time after that is 5+ minutes and that is if the app audio feed even starts. Many time I have to exit and try again and then I get Norm and his ad
the app app can’t handle switching from WiFi to cellular. They kills the app audio stream.
the app app can’t handle running in the app background. You have to keep it open and the app screen active for any chance to have the app audio keep playing.
I only use to listen to Dallas Stars’ games when I walk my dog and I cert single commercial break during the app game the app audio stream rejoins the app game a handful of seconds late. You are the app radio station of the app Dallas Stars and you can’t return to the app game audio on time.
Useless and frustrating app.

App crashing with new iOS version

I love the app Ticket but your app is terrible. Please give it some love and update it to work with the app latest iOS release. It consistently crashes after playing for about 30 seconds. It used to work fine but started crashing with iOS 13.1. I’m a long time P1 but live out of state now and am pretty bummed that I can’t listen anymore.
