Have to pay for 3D conversion

Says no where on the app page that you have to pay extra for certain features. I downloaded this for 3D conversion alone and it doesn’t do that unless you pay.

Installed the free version. Tried to do a simple function and it said I needed to purchase for $12.99. Paid and POOF!!! Nothing, no code, no email with code. Tried to retrieve code, they say my email doesn’t exist in their system. BUT…they WILL sell me ANOTHER registration code for 50% of what I’ve just paid. Seriously? I’m unable to contact their customer service, no idea what to do except give them a bad review and block payment on my card. Maybe their system is slow? I’ll wait an hour and update this review if the registration code ever shows up. UPDATE: found a customer service email they gave to another unhappy customer. I’ve emailed that address, will continue to update as events unfold.
