converts video but doesn’t preview through finder

I bought this program so I could preview my the app video files on finder. After converting the the app file into a MOV, I try to preview the video in finder and it only shows the first frame. The video doesnt play in the finder preview which is the only reason I threw $5 at this program. Waste of money.
