Sadly isn’t working since dec 2017 for notifications

I have use the free app for while, ended up really liking it so I paid for this version. However since December of 2017 I have stopped getting notifications even thought everything is turn on, both my iPad and iPhone 6s have the newest iOS and app has been re-installed to attempt to fix this issue with no prevail :( it works if my iPad or iPhone stays within the app but then why have a setting for notification and be working before??? Please fix so we can get a better review!

I paid for the upgraded version and the video doesn't work, just kicks me out and won't even attempt to turn on. I tried to use it without the video and this app didn't detect my baby was asleep.... I depended on the app so that was my mistake. I heard my son screaming at the top of his lungs and the app said he as "sleeping" needless to say, I'm mad I paid for this and IT DOES NOT WORK!
