Entered 3 times, paid for app, still have nothing plus no tech support

At first I loved this app, but now wish I had never paid for it. When I was using it free, I had to enter stuff in 3 times because I kept losing info. Because I liked it so much, I paid $9.95 thinking I wouldn't have any other problems & my son could log in & keep up as well. That did not work! I have lost all data, doesn't recognize my account and I have spent 6 months trying to get in touch with someone to help me retrieve my account. I am a scout leader & I know the app 3 things left my son needs to Eagle & just wish I never recommended this app to parents.

This app is amazing! I'm a Boy Scout and I find this app very helpful. I can keep track of the app the app campouts I went on, awards I earned, and what services I participated in. Instead of looking up Merit badges online, I can go on this app and also see it's requirements. This app also shows my status and what rank I'm in. I can talk more about this app, but then this review would be too long. Thank you to the app makers of this app!

Great App/Purchase

This is a very helpful and convenient app. It is only a 30 day trail before you have to pay the app $10, but I thought that was fine and I just paid the app $10. I have myself and my brother on it and it is extremely helpful for us. I would recommend this for any Boy Scout.

Even though it has a glitch in checking completed items. It's a great way to keep up with progress. I do wish that they would keep on track with updating the app merit badges to the app fact that they are being updated constantly
