Only cuts the beginning and end

With the free app, you can only cut/trim an MP3 or AAC file to remove material at the beginning or the end of the recording. If that is all you want to do, then this works great and does not require a re-encoding of the file (thus, there is no added distortion). If you want to divide or do more elababorate adjustments, the paid version may be worth it. The free version works wonderfully for what it does.
Excellent for Trimming MP3

If what you’re looking for is trimming MP3 files, then this’s the app for you cause it does what developers say it will do for free. If you want more, then you’ll have to upgrade the app. However, for me it does the job just being able to trim MP3. I trimmed a long file (like 3 hours plus of recording) & I had no trouble doing it. Thanks.

I started out with the free version and it worked so great I got the full version. the app to use, great text and video tutorial, quick customer service response. I’m using it to edit my audible genealogy interviews with my relatives and post sections in my blog posts.

I bought the Pro version and find it very convenient for beginning and end trimming and adding fade in and fade out. But I really with that scrubbing was abailable so you could listen when you very slowly mouse over the track to find and refine your edits.
