E-Book Viewer for Pc

GET THIS ONE! MY FAVORITE E-BOOK READER! It’s worth every penny. I am grateful for it. I use it almost every day. I have used many e-book readers for as many years as they have existed and this is the one I return to over and over again. It is my first choice over all the rest. Today, as I listened to the excellent text-to speech read a book to me while I was busy doing something else, I realized how often I use this and how much I love the ease of it, so I decided to write this review. It handles all the different e-book formats that I use—mainly mobi and epub, and is light on the CPU use. It doesn’t try to be a library organizer, which is fine with me. It opens my books quickly, and does everything I desire in a book reader. I wish I could have this app on every phone and and device I own. The TEXT TO SPEECH is WONDERFUL! I like the comforting page turn effect, the easy-on-the-eyes page tone adjustments, the easy to use navigation, bookmarks, annotations, and highlights. PLEASE, developer Leo Mesentsev, keep up the good work! THANK YOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL APP! btw, Ed B, What pop-ups?? Just buy it. It's worth the money—really. It costs less than one fancy coffee drink at Starbucks. I don’t have any pop-ups on this app. I don’t know the developer and this is a REAL review after buying it and using the app for a few years. I feel a little guilty for enjoying this app for so long before expressing my appreciation.

Looks very nice, exactly what I needed. I did not want an app that imports/catalogs my books but just opens them, because I store and organize my books with Calibre (which is not a very good reader) and I also use iBooks and Kindle app, and don’t need yet another library. It comes with a very nice the app manual which says the app also works for PDF’s but that’s not (yet, as of this review date) listed in the description in App Store, which is fair because the PDF reader is not really usable yet, at least with the pdf book I tried (vertical scroll rather than page flip which is fine, but the text rendering was poor quality). But I don’t really need a pdf viewer — I have other apps for that. Mostly I want this app for epubs and mobi. Still checking it out but so far I’m very happy with the purchase.

This and Book Reader both have a clunky interface, very few customization options, and they look the same. No reason to by this if you already have Book Reader and don't like it.
