Fun to tap but.....

I have enjoyed this app on my iPad 2018 using my Apple pencil, but it only allows you to tap to apply the colors. I miss being able to use the Apple Pencil tip to actually color in between the lines as that gives you the feeling of actually the app a this app. Of course, that, I’m sure, is a more complicated programming process and this is a free app. Considering that, this is a simple the app app that does provide me with enjoyment and relaxation. I am sure that children of all ages will enjoy this app as it has many different types of the app pages to choose from. There are very simple the app pages on up to very complicated and intricate design pages. Something for everyone and every mood. There are 17 colors to choose from along the bottom of the screen, and when you tap on a color it gives you 17 shades of that color to choose from. So, essentially you have 289 colors to choose from in the app.
Probably the best you can get for free.

Super easy to use. Tap to fill. Regarding color selection, really all it needs to be better imo are lighter/paler colors, and some skin tones perhaps, but other than that colors are fine. I’ve noticed that many of the pages are from other apps, and a few of the pages are problematic because either the lines don’t close up all the way in places, or for some reason it’s glitched to where the areas can’t be filled correctly and instead these thin horizontal lines show up. But hey, it’s free, what do you expect. Ads pop up after exiting every 2 or 3 pages, sometimes they won’t let me close them and I have to leave the app and open it again to make them go away, but not a huge hassle. You can color offline, just make sure to download the pages you want while you’re online. There are other completely-free the app apps with more features, they’re just marketed as kids’ apps, and if you don’t want to be caught dead the app with a kiddie app this one is the way to go.

This app has some great the app books, from simple to very ornate. New books come out regularly. Choice of one set of colors. Okay, have had the app a few weeks now, and I am actually really pleased with the variety of picture choices available. Frequent updates is helpful. This is helping keep me sane, as I attempt to potty train puppies.😋. Am updating my review, am even happier with this app. New pages are placed frequently and I love all the variety. Potty training isn’t progressing quickly but at least I have my this app😂still working on the potty training, and the app whenever possible. Updates are regular. Excited at seeing some holiday pages!still doing well, have had it for a few months now. Updated: have had this app for quite awhile and am very pleased still. This never gets old due to the variety of pages and colors! I highly recommend this app, it is great!

I don’t usually jump on this quick to rate/review, but I’ve used several of the other the app apps out there. The ones that have gone subscription base or require in-app purchases to unlock the full potential. I’m on a tight budget, and like using the app apps to unwind or while I’m waiting for appointments, etc. This app is easy to use, has a decent variety of colors (for free!), and very minimal pop-up ads. (The majority are in a thin banner above your art, other than when you exit your artwork to choose something else. And so far, none of those seem to be the data hog “play this other addicting matching game with in-app purchases” that run for 30 seconds or more before letting you X out.) So kudos to the developers for providing a the app app w/ a nice, simple interface and tons of free, interesting pictures/designs to color! Thank you!
