This the app call app is a good option to create a call when you more need it. This need a little more options for ring tones.
Poor design, littered with ads

It does what it says it does, I'll give it that. But the design is fairly poor and it is filled to the brim with advertisements. The alternatives on the App Store are far better designed, have less ads, and do the same thing.
Useful when you have an annoying ....
