Install Pyle Health app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Pyle Health on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pyle Health"
- The search will reveal the Pyle Health app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Pyle Health is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pyle Health.
- Now enjoy Pyle Health on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Pyle Health,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Pyle Health" » then Click "Install".
- Pyle Health will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Decent hardware, awful software and support

Don't know where to start with this outfit. The blood pressure cuff seems to work pretty well but the App is as horrible as the rest of their software. Like the scale the user has to reset the App to the BP cuff every time it is used. Since the cuff is already paired to the iPhone why is this even necessary? The cuff should recognize the phone and default to the last user who used it. "Reporting" consists of a useless chart and NO other data! To not inclued the data itself make no earthly sense. If I want to submit a list of readings to my Dr. I have to key the numbers into a spreadsheet-making this software absolutely useless. The scale is even worse. Every single time the scale is used the user has to MANUALLY reset the user and the user's height and age by bending and pushing a button on the scale. When I read the instructions I couldn't believe that was the case so I wrote support and they confirmed. Again, since the device is paired to my phone why force the user to insert this info every time?!?!?! Worst interface ever.

Ok hardware but software buggy, crashes

Unable to change height. App consistently crashes. Can't use with growing kids.
Otherwise buggy. Graphs are temperamental on their scale and what they show.
Sometimes fails to connect to Bluetooth scale. I've written a Bluetooth app that can read from it consistently. I don't understand how this app can get it wrong sometimes.

Bluetooth does not connect properly

iPhone app needs to have couple of fixes in order to use this. I was only able to measure my weight with bluetooth as it works only for that.
Issue 1 - I made so many attempts to measure my Blood Pressure, Glucose & cholesterol, and Thermometer but was never successful because bluetooth button is grayed out even though i have my it ON in my iPhone.
Issue 2 - After you weigh your weight to and go to history to find out about division of your fat, bone, muscle, and water in weight. It showed me only once, when I weighed my self the next day, it just never showed up since second attempt.
I felt disappointed with this app especially due to not able to record everything. I would use both this app and device only if they fix these major issues or else it will go for a return.

The app still links with my the app Bluetooth blood pressure cuff, but come on—four years since you’ve updated the app? It won’t even sync data with the Apple health app.
I’m looking to buy a new BP cuff, it looks like I’ll be getting a Qardio, simply because the app looks like it’s regularly supported.
