This is Exactly What I've Been Looking For

The design is simple and clean. Best of all, it's exactly what I was looking for. An offline collection of my personal beer tasting notes. Ever tried a beer, but can't remember if you liked it or not? Well, this solves that problem ever time. The only downside (a minor one) is that you only get 10 free entries, and then have to pay $0.99 for 100 entries or $1.99 for unlimited entries, although it is a very reasonable price for what you are getting.
Useful but needs cloud capability

As a beer fan who likes to keep a record of brews tried and enjoyed, I found this app fulfills that basic function. With a simple yet attractive and intuitive interface, item entry is straightforward and the information retained is adequate for my purposes. What the app desperately needs, however, to have up-to-date value is a cloud capability to synchronize across multiple devices and to provide data backup. Add that and it will rate an unequivocal “5” in my book.

Been using this to keep track of the litany of beers I’ve been trying. I paid the $1.99 for the ability to log an unlimited number of beers. This isn’t about getting badges or social media, it’s logging what you want about your drinking experience. If there was one addition I would like, it would be the ability to add an extra photo or two to capture the complete can or bottle art.
Does not transfer to new phone

Love the app & all the features but if you get a new phone you lose all your history. I emailed for help but never got a response. Hopefully this flaw will be remedied in the future. The alternative is to purchase a second app and manually reenter the old info on the new handset. 5 star app but 2 star transferability
