Easy to use but locks up way to much

It is very easy to load pictures from iPhoto and music from iTunes to create a slideshow. My biggest issue is that it freezes up a lot and I can’t get it to close unless I force a restart on my computer. That is disappointing as I lose all my work that wasn’t saved. I try to save very often now and just hope it doesn’t freeze up on me.

I’ve used several apps for slideshow making before, but when met this one, I fell in love with it. Its working flow is very simple, but its professional functions can meet all of my needs. I added my photos, inserted the transition effects, and chose a nice song as music bacgrounds, an amazing photo slideshow video came out instantly. Another highlights, it allows me to edit photo, like write anything I want to express, crop the best part of photo, etc. So.. I highly recommend it to all my friends!!

No way menu, no way to save, etc. absolutely NO support, I sent several emails over time and NO response. They got my money, thats all they care about. In theere so-called do theyeven tell you how to save a presentation, you can only add one photo at a time, which is time consuming if you have a lot of photos, which is a mute point; you can't get the program to work. There support page (another joke). they show a woman with a phone headset, But NO way to contact anybody except email. This junk has scam written all over it. I am beyond angry. I am protecting this company to Apple, and filing for a refund. All of the good reviews are paid for or from it’s employees. The old adage “the buyer beware” surely applies here.

Ok, let me start by saying that am an IT SR Director in sofware development for a fortune 12 company. Short version of this review is: I wasted $10, dont do the same as I did. Longer version: I spent 2 hours creating the perfect slideshow with 3 songs and 200 pictures. I went to export the file and it locked up losing all of my work. So this is going to raise a couple of quesitons in your mind: (1) did you save the work? Answer is no, so that part I own, but no app should lock up. period. (2) why did it take 2 hours? For two main reasons: (a) the user interface is very manual. You cannot apply effects to more than one slide at a time nor can you apply the same settings to more than one slide at a time such as period of time per slide or effect. (b) There is no preset way to sort your slides….like perhaps the simplest by date and time. unreal. After recreating part of the slideshow again and it locking up 3 more times, I have quit. Now I’m finding iPhoto’s slideshow to be good enough. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!
