Poor management

The managers of sales and service are not customer friendly. Botched up warranty claims and acted as though the customer was wrong. Then came the phone calls from a service they hire to claim you need to call the service department immediately! Talk about making people stressed! What could a six day old car need so urgently? Nothing as per my follow up inquiry. And they sounded annoyed (Barry) about addressing a customer’s concerns. Car number two this year. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I’m the dumb one. Don’t get sucked in.
Stinks

Never heard of appointments after you set up on app. No call backs on service on app. And tried to make me pay on a lease car stuff that should have been covered. Never again the app Honda.
