Camera Photo Quality nice, app is not the case

the app has potential, currently the items that don’t work, the intercom, not sure why have an icon for microphone if it doesn’t work, next..it doesn’t keep the settings you place and I am growing tired of placing in the same data over and over. the alarm, motion sensor, email options ...pretty much all functions necessary don’t work. I hope you try and fix the app that this camera works with otherwise I will be forced to return the camera solely based on the malfunctioning app it is combines with.
No reset button on cam and no support

This app is horrible and there’s very little functionality. If you happen to try and reset the cam tied the this app you’ll find no reset button inside the cam. The scan Q car de is a joke as it basically lets you go to the admin page and you can’t do anything there either. Do not buy this app or the Kiirose camera because eventually you’ll lose connectivity and total use of the cam... junk junk junk!!!
Doesn’t function if multitasking

When I’m watching camera through the app and get a text message, it stops working (freezes) if I switch to text message. The app will not continue recording or functioning if I switch to other apps to multitask. Please fix this or respond if there is something I should be doing to make it work properly.
Many Problems

This app has problems. It brings up our remote camera at our property and the picture is good. I can save photos and video within the app. But when I try to export a photo to my iPhone, the app reliably crashes every time. I can record video within the app but there is no means of exporting the video to my phone so it’s basically a useless feature. SV3C is the IP camera we use. We are going to have to find another solution.
