Money disappeared

I’ve been playing this app for years now but I’m disillusioned at how my bonuses don’t show up on my account(I do know how to add)!!! Also there is another matter that disturbed me and that I’m missing over 1 million in my account!! I haven’t been playing this app for a while because my winnings don’t correlate with what money I had won! I would like to play again but the way it is now, it’s impossible to play! Also your not consistent with payouts, let’s say two players are both holding K’s and one player may be holding a slightly higher card, well it will go either way on the payout? Either one player wins or both players win, it’s never consistent!!! I have written a review about this issue a long time ago but this issue has never been resolved ! Another you get a welcome back moneys and it does not reflect on my account! Can you please respond to this review because like I said I’ve been playing for years and the game is always entertaining, however don’t like how it’s been paying out I feel cheated, come on where did all my money go???? Help!

Cool that this application works well even on a slow Internet.
You can always play where you want.
I like the logic of the game, when you can think about the next move. We like it with my girlfriend
it would be good to add more ways to earn chips to be able to play more often

I have fun With this app. I can't talk to the other players But that's okay. Two complaints, Player pot numbers to be larger. I have old eyes
On the Bet, fold line, Need better control on the amount you can raise. But overall I enjoyed this site
