Software Features and Description

1. Users can view the TTE recordings for each of the 20 standard views used in a full cardiology exam and see the corresponding 3D model of the probe, ultrasound plane, heart and rib cage for that view.

2. For each TTE view, the 3D model of the probe, ultrasound plane, heart and rib cage can be rotated in the horizontal or vertical plane to view it from any angle.

3. The rib cage can be removed, the part of the heart above the echo plane can be removed, and the heart model can be oriented so the structures correspond to the TTE image.

4. The primary challenge in learning TEE is translating the two dimensional echocardiographic image into a visualization of the three-dimensional (3D) structure of the heart.

5. Each TTE view can be selected from a menu at the left of the screen, or by using arrow buttons to go to the next or previous view in the list.

6. We have created this interactive application to assist with teaching and learning the assessment of cardiac function with transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).

Install TTE Standard Views app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using TTE Standard Views on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TTE Standard Views"
The search will reveal the TTE Standard Views app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TTE Standard Views is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TTE Standard Views.
Now enjoy TTE Standard Views on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use TTE Standard Views,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "TTE Standard Views" » then Click "Install".
- TTE Standard Views will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This app has a lot to offer. I highly suggest this app to anyone in Cardiac ultrasound. It really helps understand what in the world you are looking at, and how you got there. Do yourself a favor and take the tutorial. It will be well worth the time you spend on it. I use this about 30 min a week and it saves me hours of frustration.
