Install Composure app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Not suitable at all for my purposes, which was to take a photo, already sized and cropped, and put a frame on it (I do this for a web site I maintain). The program does not seem to be able to preserve the original photo’s size or aspect ratio (i.e., my photo was already sized to 313 pixels high for the web page. The program’s “Min” “resolution”, which is actually the size of the photo, saves the photo at 600 pixels high, using the 4:3 aspect ratio). This program may work for some people if it’s OK for the program to arbitrarily crop your photo to one of the built-in aspect ratios and resize it, but it was not what I was looking for. Nice selection of frames, though — too bad I can’t use it.

Basic,but not bad

This is pretty decent for quick collage creation.
Pros:
1) Easy to use interface
2) Quick and easy creation process once the images are loaded into the app
3) Output is more than acceptable
4) A sufficient amount of borders and stamps considering it is free
Cons:
1) The app’s window is jumpy when trying to move it around.
2) No Photos integration, this makes you open Photos, copy or export your images, then load them into this app.
3) Some of the borders do not align horizontally and vertically. only noticable in the linear borders.
4) You can only export (what they call save), you cannot save a working file. Basically you have to finish your work or loose it.
Summary:
If you are looking for a low cost, in this case free, collage creation app this is a good option. The cons are more annoying than they are intrusive and the quality of the output surpases the these annoyances.

Of all of the collage makers I've downloaded, this one is my favorite. It is easy to use and the results area always pleasing.
LATELY HOWEVER, when I add text to the pictures (within the app), it won't save. It just spins and spins... never saves. It'll spin all night and never save. BUT, if I remove the text, it saves in about 2 seconds.

Thanks! I really enjoy your app and use it somewhat often. I would love the see backgrounds incorporated. To be able to add text or a picture over a colorful striped, plain color, senic or print - flowers, balloons, whatever background. Love that you can adjust borders and you offer flexibility!
