Install ViLoop app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ViLoop on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ViLoop"
- The search will reveal the ViLoop app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ViLoop is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ViLoop.
- Now enjoy ViLoop on PC.

Works very well.

I needed a video looper for a tradeshow display (not an editor as other reviewers seem to want). This does exactly that and loops very well; much better than ipad's not-at-all - a basic function you would think it could do. If there's a hesitation, it's hidden in the fade to black and black fade-in at the end and beginning and is not noticeable.
I took off a star because the small ipad status bar at the top stays on and there are no settings to make it go away and I would prefer to have only the looping video showing.

Ok but it needs a save option

I love this app. I wish it had a save option so I could use it for edits. :/ otherwise it just plays a random video over and over again... kinda pointless when you think about it...

Does exactly what it is intended for

Other two reviewers I guess didn't read the app description. This does exactly what it says it is suppose to do. It loops a video. Period. That is it. Due to the fact that iOS doesn't have the option to loop a video, this app makes up for that.

Just what I needed

See update below. I needed an app to loop a video for a trade show display. The iPad does not offer that within the device. This app allows me to choose a video and have it continuously repeat without have to hit play every time I want it to repeat. My only complaint is that I wish the menu bar at the top didn’t show whilst the video is running.
Update 10/15: App no longer recognises videos in the movie folder or in the photos folder and makes the app useless.
