Surgeon Simulator 2013 is a darkly humorous over-the-top operation sim game where players become Nigel Burke, a would-be surgeon taking life into his own shaky hands, performing life-saving surgical manoeuvres on passive patients. Almost Perfect!

NOTE- controls are meant to be humorously hard, this game is not for those looking for med school training or anything. For entertainment only. It is overall very fun (and frustrating.) Prepare to fail often. Heh. However, the game messed up once- Bob stopped bleeding immediately after the cuts after a while. I put the new heart in... nothing happened. I adjusted it... nothing. I realized (after around 20 minutes of adjusting and feeling annoyed) that the game was still at the 10 minute mark. I looked at some other stuff and realized that some of the game had glitched and frozen. Other than that glitch, the game is good! Even the desk is entertaining! I recommend getting it, but I researched a LOT before buying. You should do the same. UPDATE! The glitch described above happened again. It needs to be fixed, or I can't play the game.

Just to Say this is a really fun and hilarious game, and it isn't that hard once you get used to the controls, but I still don't know how to get the Team Fortress 2 DLC for the App Store version. That is my only problem and I hope that in the future the DLC will be an add-on content peice to go with this version of the game. If there is a different way I could get the DLC for this game for the APP FROM THE APP STORE, please tell me. Overall, AWESOME game.

It is such a great game, it just has one gamebreaking glitch in the current verison that'll totally destroy the exprence for new players and think it's a horrible game. Go ahead and buy it just wait till the next version of the game comes out until expecting to get anything done.
