Software Features and Description

1. Controls: The app can control the gear level, light switch, scooter self-check, atmosphere light switch, start mode selection, cruise function, and other smart functions.

2. Display: Display the remaining battery power, cruising range, current speed, current total mileage, scooter lock and unlock etc.

3. Scooter Connection: The scooter connects with the mobile app through Bluetooth pairing, The Bluetooth connection status is displayed on the home screen.

4. Error Report: When scooter fails, the app can display the failure fault, as well as the recommended procedure for the fault.

5. Password Setup: When user forgets the password, it can be recovered by email/cellphone number.

6. There will be a verification code following the password reset method.

Install GOGO Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using GOGO Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GOGO Connect"
The search will reveal the GOGO Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once GOGO Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GOGO Connect.
Now enjoy GOGO Connect on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native GOGO Connect Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use GOGO Connect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "GOGO Connect" » then Click "Install".
- GOGO Connect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
