the app invoice works great for my small business. Since the iPad and Mac versions work alike I can use the same setup on both versions and I don’t have to deal with app from different authors which simplifies things considerably.

This was a great app for tracking inventory and emailing invoices/bills to clients. Simple, not a lot of flair, easy to use. Since iOS 8 though, it freezes at the first attempt to do anything. Because the mobil version and the windows version don't encode their data the same, I can't even use the windows version to access my backed up data. NCH has taken my whole business hostage. Their FaceBook page reported that they were working on an update 2 weeks ago and we still have nothing. I am hopeful I can write a new review soon but may have to switch programs entirely as this is costing me money every day I wait.

Lots of bugs which render it useless.

The program is simple to set up and use, perfect for the small businessperson who needs basic accounting of orders, invoices and sales reports.
The implementation, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of bugs make the app crash for even the smallest changes in some of the record fields. Even wanting to send a crash report to the company is a chore as it crashed during the emailing procedure.
At this point, the app needs a lot of work before it can consistently do what it's supposed to do. I have zero confidence in having my business records in this app.

Don’t waist your money

Very good layout and super easy to use when it works.
So many bugs though. I paid $9.99 and it keeps asking me to pay again. It still doesn’t allow me to make more than 5 invoices and that’s on a lucky day when you are able to save them. When unlucky it will get freeze until you reset the app. But then you lost your work.
I also have also wanted to contact support but it cost $57 to have access to it.
Looking at the other reviews I noticed that the same problems have been coming back for years and were never fixed. Why am I having the same exact problems that some people were having 4 years ago?
Instead of replying, why not spending time fixing the issues?
That app should have been taken of the App Store a long time ago as it reflect poorly on the platform.
