Install RSS Master app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

OK, but not great by any means

This app hasn't been updated since 2013, and it shows. For it's extremely limited functionality, the price is way too high.
While I was able to adjust the fonts for the folder and article list, I noticed small UI glitches (folder icons aren't properly aligned, article list has improper spacing, etc).
Also, this app does NOT support smart folders you can create/edit yourself. It merely gives you the illusion of having smart folders by having 3 hardcoded folders which *look like* smart folders.
Also, there is no way to select a theme or otherwise adjust the UI apart from the fonts, you can't even have the article list and articles side by side horizontally, only vertically as shown in the screenshots. Don't waste your money.

RSS Master is the best RSS reader out there

This application does a great job on all the app feeds. This looks similar to other some the app applications, like Vienna or NewsRack, but works much better. The developer has taken the time to deliver a near flawless the app reader. Other applications cannot handle some news feeds, or can't search on articles, or have other quirks that get in the way of looking at the headlines and the content in the articles. this app has nailed it! The only improvement I'd like to see is a shorter delay to mark the current article read, which seems to be around 0.5 second, but when scanning through many headlines using the down arrow, marking the item read more quickly would be better. Nonetheless, this is a 5 star!
