Install Search and Replace app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Search and Replace on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Search and Replace"
The search will reveal the Search and Replace app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Search and Replace is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Search and Replace.
Now enjoy Search and Replace on PC.

I was expecting an option to see and approve each proposed replacement. That does not exist. It changes all files that match the options with no user intervention possible.
Excellent single purpose app

Sure, it has only a few options. It does exactly one thing, but it does it just great. Tonight I needed to replace every occurrence of "Index page" with "Index - Page"" in about 40 files. And sure, I know how to use unix well and could have opened a terminal window and done it in a single command. But this was sooo much easier! It was trivial to figure out in about 10 seconds. And it did exactly what I needed! Just what the Doctor ordered! Thanks!
