If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Terrible app. When you first start the app, it gives you a screen to select the + sign to start to find a new device. It will not close the screen or allow you to select the +. So you cannot even add or find a the app to begin with. I cannot believe that Apple allows this app to be on its marketplace. Shame.

At first when I learned of the app I thought to myself, cool there’s an app that allows more control over the the app! But within 7 minutes the app had more control over my frustration then actually controlling the the app. Then it dawned on me that it was cheap and the Far East, well we all know how quality is from that neck of the woods. But it is pretty neat to look at.

If I could give the app a minus zero I would. It just does not work and forget about calling customer service. I have been trying since Sunday. It does not give you an option to do anything at all. Its frozen and just leaves you there. If an option is offered then I should be able to use it.

I started the setting up , name my fire place used on feature to change the light BOOM ! The whole app goes away. The after it’s literally remove and add app until it connect to the app . Was pretty disappointed considering I was looking forward to warming my house before I get home from work but hey...
