Install Tape Rule app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Tape Rule on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tape Rule"
The search will reveal the Tape Rule app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Tape Rule is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tape Rule.
Now enjoy Tape Rule on PC.

Nice try, but so many glitches I havnt been able to get off the ground. The instructions that appear for each manouver are good, but they keep coming up mixed up and in the wrong order. The button to change from metric to imperial won't respond, all little problems but so far it has made it unusable and doesn't inspire confidence. I haven't been able to get anything like an accurate measurement yet...
Don't waste your money

Just bought it because I need to measure something hanging on my wall and the measurements it would give me were way off. Also it doesn't convert to inches and if it does then it's hidden in the app or the switchover just doesn't work. Don't waste your money on it. You'd be better off just buying a real measuring the app.

Rip off. After watching video multiple times still couldn't figure out how to use it. Center after it. Should be more user-friendly. Try something else.
