Install OUIGO : Billet de train & Gare app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

The app doesn't let you book or alter any trips that go outside of Metropolitan France. If you use their service to leave the country (i.e. to the U.K. or Belgium), you can only modify your booking online or with the customer service line.
