Not reliable (sold me a used defected item)

Don't order! Not reliable at all!! Called too many times to ask about the shipment after it passed the shipment timeframe and the call center knows nothing about the status of the shipment! After few days of trying I got an answer that it will be delivered on that same day but it didn't arrive! Called them again and again but no answer at all and they have no idea about the status of the order! I tried the app chat option they told me they can't do anything about it! No one followed up my case and simply they just didn't care! And I'm still waiting for that stupid order! Guys don't bother ordering it's really not reliable or trusted! After getting the order it turned out it's used and defected and registered to someone else at the manufacturer service website! They told me it's defected and it can't be fixed! How did this app sold me something used without mentioning or highlight the status of the item (it was marked as new) and how they sold me something defected? It's 110% not reliable Now I'm waiting for their answer I've calling for the past couple of days with no luck! I think I will take a legal action if it takes few more days longer

Fast shipping, helpful customer service! Wow I can’t believe all of the items I can get! They get to my house within a week unless I order an import and then they must wait to receive but that is understandable. Getting great products from the US from many different companies within 7 days to my door is great!

This is simply the best shopping app I’ve ever used period. It has so many products which aren’t available in my country and it also beats competitors at pricing I can buy things 30% less than the actual price the app could use some updates but I took functionality over UI.
