1. baratmo allows you to see your netatmo stations' data directly in your Mac's menubar.
2. Note that you need an account at netatmo.com, and access to at least one netatmo weather station for this app to have a use.
3. To see a measurement directly in your menubar click on the menubar icon, and then click on any of your module measurements.

Install baratmo - A netatmo client app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using baratmo on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "baratmo"
- The search will reveal the baratmo - A netatmo client app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once baratmo is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including baratmo.
- Now enjoy baratmo on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native baratmo Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use baratmo,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "baratmo" » then Click "Install".
- baratmo - A netatmo client will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

A good start

This seems to be the first Mac application that interfaces with the Netatmo, and as such it's a good start.
I would hope the author will add more features in future versions. For example:
- Add configurability (e.g. remove the redundant "F" Fahrenheit designator, font size, remove the "bar" in front of the measurement, colors, etc.)
- Add Icon that shows current weather condutions (like the Netatmo iPad app or the MenuWeather Mac app)
The author has already promised he will make the refresh interval configurable.
I hope that the author is encouraged to further enhance this software. It's a good start.

Not sure how useful this app is

It sounded good in the description and in the screenshot you can clearly see the outside temperature in the menu bar. This is version 1.1.1 and I do NOT have any temperature in the menu bar. I have tried every app setting possible and no joy. All I see is this tiny little stick-like thing in the menu bar that I must manually mouse to and click to get the temp. That makes this app useless in my opinion. I want to quickly glance up and see the ouside temperature when working. That is not the case. I even gave it an hour with 15 minute interval refresh to make sure the app was getting updated temps and still nothing. Makes this a very pricey app that does very little that I can't already do by opening the Netatmo web page and get it all, graphs, etc.
Please fix this and I will update my rating, otherwise don't buy this app. Just not worth it.

Update: Afer your station has about 2 hours of data you must select the this app thingee in the menu bar and CLICK on what you want displayed. Not intuitive and not stated. Works fine.

I can’ get this to even open

The icon is on but nothing happens when I click on it. My Netatmo is up and running fine and I can access it easily, but I wanted something on the icon bar. I have a fully updated OS X 10,9 so I dont know what the problem is.
