What is PlayAlong Trumpet?
PlayAlong Trumpet is an app that listens to you play your trumpet and guides you through the melody of a selected song. It has a music library of over 250 songs and scales, and you can record and share your performances with others. The app also offers various settings to complement your skill level, including finger charts, note names, and full-screen music display. You can also customize the pitch range of a song and adjust the tempo. PlayAlong Trumpet comes with over 100 free songs and is part of the PlayAlong series of apps for other instruments.
1. -Using the default Wait Mode, the app steps through each note of the song waiting for you to play the correct pitch and duration.
2. -The Stats-display presents a list of all the songs, showing which you have played, highest score, and how many of the notes you were able to play.
3. -You can enable Manual mode and play the song with your own interpretation, using the display like traditional sheet music.
4. -The History feature keeps track of scores for each performance of each song you have played.
5. -The Transposition feature lets you shift the pitch of a song's notes, up or down allowing you to customize the range of a song.
