Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Minima"
The search will reveal the Minima - Image & VIdeo Resizer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Minima is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Minima.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Minima,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Minima" » then Click "Install".
- Minima - Image & VIdeo Resizer will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Have used this app as my go to size reducer for some time. It's the best I've found. The new video feature works perfectly. They also provide excellent customer service when contacted. Highly recommended.

Works great, sacrifice a little quality to minimize file size. Just wish you didn't have to select and minimize one photo at a time. Great for Emails.
Unfortunately not lossless

Great app in theory but image quality was also greatly reduced and the water mark defeats the purpose. Deleted it. I cannot use the photos on my website in this condition
