Works for many codes

I found it easy to use. It recognized barcodes embedded in photographs and read them correctly. However it did not work with some barcodes I found in some old (1980s) computer magazines - however these may have been meant for a proprietary reader. It did read any modern the app or QR I threw at it. You can copy the data from the output, you just have to double-click on the field you want, then it is "unlocked" and you can copy it. As someone else pointed out the interface is functional and spartan - IMO, we need more applications like this.

Says it can use the camera to scan, but couldn't find a way to actually do this.

Pretty useless since there’s no way to copy the numbers from the result column.
Functional and unfrilled

Not flashy, not even in any sense pretty, just functional. A tool, not a toy. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that I can't confirm that it does everything it seems capable of as well as it does the simple recognition I've tried.
