X Word for Pc

`this is by far the waorse app i have ever bought. i have been on an siignment for two days. i have almodt finished my assignment that i hav spent more than two hours on each time. just for the app to seize and just disappear. if i reopen the app again it jumbles everything up and i have to start all over again. its not worth it at all. if theres any way we can get a refund of our money i will be very happy and seize to have the app. you should better look into this and perfect it for my moneys worth at least.

Three times I typed up spreadsheets and all 3 times, I coud not retrieve them. What a waste of time and money!

This is an experimental program with serious glitches and not for real productive work. At best, this is a project for a programming class, at worst, this is a scam. I just lost the change to get an A on my grades because i type a paper on this terrible product, and to my surprise it has problems opening files saved on its own native format, it doesn't refresh the screen after you attach images on the document, so, once the image is attached, and you want to keep type, the cursor just stop responding, and none of what you type can be seen in the screen , but if you save , close and re-open your document, then you notice the characters you typed just before closing it a few seconds earlier. When you re-open a document in some ocassions the page format is lost, with errors like overlapping contiguous pages. The insert footnote doesn't work, so, you try to add page numbers on the footnote and it just doesn't show up. The when you add the page number only in the header, you see a header and a footnote page number. The only reason i bought this product over Pages is because this word processor can manage rtf, but after the bad experience I had today, i definitively had to write a review and hope this catch Apple's attention, becuase it's not possible to allow such an incomplete app

The pinwheel just spins forever, but nothing happens. If you trash the prior version (1.4.1) & click on “instal, what AppStore does is instal version 1.4.1, rather than 1.5. If you then Quit AppStore & relaunch it, once again it proposes to update the version it just installed to 1.5. The worst part of all this is that no one in Apple’s various support teams takes responsilibity for what i describe above. It took forever for various among the support people w. whom i dealt, (i have the email correspondence, if anyone is interested), all of thel perfectly gracious, to finally accept that the problem is in the AppStore - as you can see by kust looking above in this window. But nothing has been done, & my last emails have been ignored. In other words, AppStore cannot be trusted to update applications you buy through AppStore.
