Install Stickery - Sticker Maker app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Stickery"

It's kinda good not really like I can't pick a color from a let's say color wheel and only one kind of brush? There are others but I'm trying to look for another drawing app.😒
