This does absolutly nothing
By Terryg999 (Pcmac user)
this app puts on a good show but that’s all it is; a show. The first scan I ran with a different product found threats that this app had missed for the months that I have been running scans with it on my Mac. this app produces no logs and has to be OK’d every time it launches. There is a little graphic that displays some kind of activity but …. I seriously doubt that any actual activity is taking place. LIke I said, I found threats on my Mac, common threats, that a different product founds right out of the box. I wish there was a way to get my money back becuase this app seems like a scam.

Ineffective software. Very poor customer support.
By Michaels1947 (Pcmac user)
The software is very expensive given that the product is largely ineffective in preventing and removing viruses for Mac OS computers. Compounding the problem is the almost total lack of customer service support offered. It is impossible to chat with a technical representative if you have a software problem. If you have a problem you are required to e-mail the vendor and the responses are often "canned" and not at all helpful. Don't waste your money on this company. Apple should delete the software from the App Store.

No customer support. Does not support other computers as promised
By DB7BJ8 (Pcmac user)
I purchased the program and installed it on my Mac. Seemed to work. But they advertise that you can install it on your other computers for free. There are no instructions on how to download so I contacted support two weeks ago. Nothing. Contacted again. “We are working on it”. Nothing. so just know that it is for one computer only. I don’t know if it works. It said it quaranteened some the app but that message dissappeared. Instructions to delete are lengthy.

Crashes other programs when running
By JetlaggerVT (Pcmac user)
The program finds malware but offers no support or hints about what to do when you find them ... in particular the files that give you a "cannot delete" message when you try to delete them. Also, I found that the app crashes other programs (especially Mac Mail) when "continous scan" is running in the background. Can I please get a refund?
