If you want to install and use the PicSee - Add Text Over Picture app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type PicSee - Add Text Over Picture in the search bar and press Search. Click on PicSee - Add Text Over Picture application icon. A window of PicSee - Add Text Over Picture on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use this app for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

  • Subscription and ""Free""" trial.

Is good and everything, but the thing that is really starting to get on my nerves is this problem with the "7-day free trail" and how to cancel the subscription. In the moment a agreed to this, it clearly said that if I wanted to cancel de subscription 24 hours before the end of the trail I just need to go to settings and right there it's supposed to show me the option, but it doesn't say ANYTHING about it. I had to go to the page in Facebook, see about information, then I saw a couple of comments one or two of them about people very angry and calling them thief because it happened to them the same as me, they responded to one of them with a link, it didn't help me at all, I had to do like 20 different steps for nothing, cause in the link it give a lot of options about the charges, the appleID and other stuff, but.... when I clicked on the option about subscription it explains the steps I have to follow to cancel the subscription so they don't charge me every month for an app I use three times a year. Then I have to connect through ITunes??? I wait.... and I keep waiting, nothing. So I don't know what the *** I am supposed to do or why I can't cancel the subscription, are they gonna charge me every month??! Thanks.
  • Great features, Annoying beyond belief

I already use WordSwag and Whitagram and was looking for a fresh picture/text editing app to support some Instagram work I do. I was thrilled with my first few edits! Easily navigable, great options even in the free version for filters, lenses, saturations and fonts. But then the app started intentionally inhibiting my work. Every time I made an adjustment, a pink banner popped up harassing me to sign up for a free week or start paying for pro. EVERY TIME I MADE AN ADJUSTMENT. Then it started glitching and refusing to save finished works. So I deleted and reinstalled the app. No changes. I cannot invest money in an app that can’t function in it’s most basic free capacity and I warn you against the glitches and harassment. Too bad, because otherwise I thought I liked it.

Love this app. Use it all the time for work. Its great for labeling products. I only wish it had a way to line up your text, sometimes its hard to get it straightened up because u have to pinch/pull the text to size it how you want,, then place it where u want it on the picture, so you just have to go off the naked eye to make sure its straightened up and not crooked. Also, sometimes have issues getting the text to enlarge after I shrunk it to small. I still rate this 5 stars as its extremely helpful!! Love it

I just strongly dislike when you download a free app, then you go to use said free app, but you can’t actually do anything within the app without starting a free trial. Then all your hopes & dreams are crushed because you don’t want to start a “free” trial. Starting a free trial means that you have to set up your account with a credit/debit card, which leads to getting charged later on once your “free” trial is over, usually even if you cancel the trial before your “free” week is over. If you don’t have a card you can put on file, then you’re definitely beat. I just feel like if an app isn’t technically free, it shouldn’t be advertised as so. I apologize for the rant, but I’m just over it because this is the case with way too many apps these days.
