1. Simply guess your own five letter words and Jotto will tell you how many letters your guess has in common with the secret word.
2. TWO MODES! -- In Single Player mode the game generates a random five letter word for you to try and guess.
3. Rule out letters you know are not in the word by tapping them once to turn them red, or tap them twice to turn them green if you’re sure they are included.

Install Mastermind Words - Jotto app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Mastermind Words on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Mastermind Words"
- The search will reveal the Mastermind Words - Jotto app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Mastermind Words is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Mastermind Words.
- Now enjoy Mastermind Words on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

My favorite game

I loved Jotto as a child an am addicted to this game. I wish it had a way to clear the alphabet grid when it is obvious you have isolated wrong letters. The dictionary seems lacking a bit. I have played so much, I’m going thru the words all over again. Im glad to see the game is still being updated. It’s good brain exercise.

This is a great game and app. Thank you for recently doubling the word list in recognition of the fact that its biggest downside has been a tiny stagnant word list that we got too used to. However, as a solution, doubling it is insufficient because we still get a predictable word half of the time. I would recommend taking the old words out (if you want to add some of them back in after a 5 year hiatus, that would be OK), and giving us a new list that is at least 5 times larger than the old one. Then plan on regularly adding to and swapping out the list at intervals over time. Don’t let it stagnate again. Good luck and thanks for listening!

Love the app, not the new colors.

I really like this app. There are only two things keeping me from rating it 5 stars.
1) The new pastel colors. They are much harder for me to tell apart than the old primary colors were.
2) Allowing the app to choose words with double letters at the EASY level. My personal feeling is that having the possibility of a double letter takes it way beyond easy.
