Looks vs. Gameplay

I've been playing this for a while now, and I've gotta say, this game looks absolutely amazing. The design is really well done and I commend the developers for such a unique and beautiful presentation. However, the actual game doesn't fly so far. It's addicting at first, but as soon as you're at the point where you're stumped on the challenges, the game becomes frustrating. There should definitely be improvements on the functionality of the game because sometimes the missions seem practically impossible. This app has so much potential, but it needs to improve. I've been stuck on Sparrow for forever.... Edit: I changed my review to 5 stars. This game is absolutely brilliant. Of all the games I've played on a phone, this game is the most aesthetically appealing and unique. I haven't played this game in a while, but for some reason I keep coming back to it. I've finally moved pass Sparrow and have come to love the functionality of the game. There's simply nothing like it. It truly is a beautiful game, and once you get a hang of it, this app is a spectacular app to pick up and play. tl;dr: It's 2015, and I still play this game.
Potential and confusing

This game has beautiful design and art for sure, but everything else is just a mess. The menus are so confusing as whether you don't know what you are supposed to do, or you don't understand what the buttons do. Needs more information, instructions, on how to use all the interface, as I'm not just going to randomly press buttons to figure out what they do. Another thing that frustates me is the playability; it's just so difficult to get used to, it gets boring, and annoying easily. The design is perfect, but as I said, it lacks of written menus.

I still dont get why are people having so much trouble controlling the little hedgehog. If you dont know how, go to the title screen, slide your finger from the settings icon upward and turn the "game guide" on. Is as simple as that. Even my 4 and 5 year old daughters learned how to play it by themselves. If there's one thing I learned from my gaming experience is that if you dont know how to play it, READ THE FREAKIN INSTRUCTIONS!!! Well, enough talking about the stupid haters. The game itself is great. I love the mechanics you used and it's very pretty to look at and very appealing to the eye. My kids love this game. Hope to see more games from you man. Keep up the good work.
Beautiful, sassy, and cute

Did anyone get the Murder, She Wrote references? My mom did and loved it. The art is adorable and swift, reminds me of Samurai Jack. People complain about the functionality being confusing but it just takes getting used to. Love the sassy help instructions - beginners should use the detailed helper, it explains everything. Really, guys, this game is not that hard to get good at. However, there's this one challenge that I've definitely completed multiple times (Bounce off the hills into an orb) and it doesn't show that I got it. It would also be nice to continue a saved game but each one is so short it doesn't really matter. The app is pretty new, tweaks can always be made.
