What is METAL SLUG 2?

The app is a port of the classic NEOGEO game "METAL SLUG 2" for iPhone and iPod Touch. The game is a run-and-gun action shooting game where the player has to thwart General Morden's evil ambition and uncover the secret of his new coup. The app includes both the classic "ARCADE MODE" and a "MISSION MODE" where the player can select the stage they want to play. The game also features new playable characters, weapons, and slugs to fight through the battlefield. The app has a control scheme allowing for precise controls and can be played cooperatively via the Wi-Fi function.

Outstanding Game!

This game is AMAZING! I love the sprite animation, the gameplay, even the difficulty for Pete sake! So many people whine about the controls, (They're only bad on the IPhone version, IPad controls are perfectly fine.) but they are perfectly fine for me! I can't get enough of these games and the others! Please make the app Slug 4-7 for the IPad! I can't get enough of em'!
Please update all the metal slug games to IOS 11

Great games, really want to play them again. But can’t unless the developers update the games to work with IOS 11 and later. I hope you guys get onto it, I love these games, and I’d also love to see them put out all the other the app slug games like MS7 and MSXX on the App Store.
Fix movement

I would love this game if the characters movement was a lot better. Every time ur finger goes off the small little control ur character stops moving. PLEASE ADD CONTROLS FOR THE MOVEMENT THAT GO BEYOND THE CIRCLE MOVEMENT! The game is so frustrating because of that reason. Have the movement be something like it is in Lego Star Wars. You can place ur finger where ever on the left side of the screen and you can move your character.
Would be a good port if it wasn’t broken

Willing to overlook the sluggish (har) controls, poor toggle control and constant freezing screens that return you to the pause menu on account of the faithful adaptation ...but the final boss on the final level freezes each and every time it’s up to fight, on a black screen, with music, and no playback whatsoever. Can’t complete game, terminal error. Don’t purchase for iPhone.
