Pretty much useless

I'd like to be able to save money on fuel and other things at the the app Apple stores but the app and loyalty card system is just useless. I want to be able to use the app to pay for fuel like the Cumberland farms smart pay app but it won't allow us too.

VERY spotty! It works... then it doesn’t. At least partially to blames rotten cell connections!
