Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Video Editor"
The search will reveal the Video Editor - Edit Your Video app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Video Editor is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Video Editor.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!

Even thought it's only $1.00, I could have used that $1.00 on a better app! I hate to bash someone's feedback, but this app is literally the worst the app app I've ever tried. Seriously guys, every single FREE app on the market is at least 100x better than this app. The interface reminds me of some old arcade game or some trash game on a flip phone! As I said, even though this was just $1.00, I'm still going to report for a refund so I can use that credit on something much better! It doesn't even have some of the listed features! Sorry, Dev, but this app needs CATASTROPHIC work, basically start from scratch!

Programs good. Does what you need to but each time you use it it never clears to cache. I had 5.3 GBs space before editing a the app. When finished I had 2.3 GBs even after loading another the app to edit. Then I was down to 800 MBs until I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and then I'm back to 5.3 GBs. They have to update the app to clear the app of videos and get back your space.
Looks good can't import vids though
